RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Aamourra. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All earrings

  • Hair accessories once worn or used

  • Handmade, custom, or personalized items

  • Sale items and gift cards

Eligible Returns (Non-Jewelry Items Only)

Select non-jewelry accessories may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in the same condition received

  • All original tags are attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or issued store credit at our discretion.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aamourra@aamourra.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at aamourra@aamourra.com within the eligible return window.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label and instructions

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to place a new order once your return (if eligible) has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Final sale and hygiene-related restrictions still apply where permitted by law.
